The Haifa Foundation of Israel was established in 1983 by Haifa residents, volunteers, and public representatives. Its goal was to improve the quality of life in the community, develop local initiatives and activities with public and educational value, and perpetuate the legacy of the residents of the city of Haifa for future generations
