Israeli Children's Rehabilitation Center in Haifa
The association operates a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center for children and youth, including therapeutic classes and special services
for the patients' families.
The rehabilitation project was developed over 7 years in accordance
with the tasks detailed in the World Health Organization report:
"Report on Disabilities and the Rights of the Disabled Child - 2012"
Now is the time for us to take care of them
How does that work? We create groups of four volunteers who are responsible for caring for two elderly people on a regular basis. Each volunteer in the group is responsible for cooking a hot meal for the elderly and bringing home once a month
Campaign training in equality
We believe that experiential activity from a young age combines different populations – bringing everyone together as an individual and everyone together as a society. In Haifa, there are eight capoeira centers, and about 400 students – children and youth!
Therapeutic hugs
Intervention through “hugs” to prevent distress, depression, and anxiety in young children following the “Iron Swords” war.
